Saturday - Labor Day Weekend

It was a busy day. We started early went to Lowe's to buy freezer as 1/3 cow is coming! Then got back home to cleaning and organizing the house for the next day as we expected a few friends for BBQ.

Mike took care of the floor in laundry room as we had freezer to be delivered on Sunday so he had 2 or 3 trips to Home Depot... I guess we will be known there by first name soon! In the meantime I was sweeping floor, unpacking more boxes, stacking the rest of unpacked boxes etc.

Then we had enough of that and went to Bubmershoot to meet Mike's friend from Toyota and to spend time listening to good music. We had a chance to see Old 97s and Sheryl Crow who was gave a great performance!

Since Bumbershoot is such a big event, the parking is extremely expensive so we decided to ride a bus to Seattle. Well, to Seattle it was a breeze as it took as no more than 30-40 minutes including switching the bus. Unfortunately it was not such a breeze on the way back... as we wanted to stay till the end of the second concert, ca. 10:45 so by the time we got out, found the bus stop, waited 20 minutes for it then switch for another bus and finally got to our car parked at park&ride... it was midnight....

We were happy but tired though I must admit that I would not even think about going for a concert in LA without a car!
